Ingredients: Scamorza cheese;
carrots;
black pepper grain
Instructions: Using a swivel peeler cut two strings into a carrot. Straighten the edges and make some cuts on one side for the fringe: that will be the scarf.
Put the other ends one on the other and fix the scarf into the cheese with half toothpicks at the neck level, on the rear.
Shape the hat and the nose in two other pieces of carrot.
Push the black pepper into the cheese for eyes and buttons.
You can add a broom and also skis shaping them as shown in the video (http://vimeo.com/17743788).
This snowman can be used as placeholders, just add the name of the guest into the bristle of the broom or instead the broom.
The cheese snowman can also garnish a cheese platter and be eaten at the same time.
