Ingredients: Chicken: 1 kg
Basmati Rice: 3-4 cup
Yogurt: ½ cup
Tomato: 3-4
Garlic Paste: 1 table spoon
Potato: 2-3
Onion: 3 chopped
Ginger: 3 table spoon
Coriander & Mint: 1 cup
Oil: 1 ½ cup
Red Chili, Dhania, Zeera Powder: 1 table spoon
Jaifel & Javetri: ½ tea spoon
Dry Aloo Bukhara: 5-6
Salt, Red Chili and Garam Masal Powder: To taste
Chat Masala: If required
Instructions: Put all dry ingredients in yogurt, add chicken into it, heat oil put onion into it, when become golden brown put garlic paste and chicken mixture into it, and than add potato, ginger and green chili. When chicken become tender put Jaifel, Javetri and Aloo Bukhara. Boil rice don’t cook them completely, put coriander, mint and tomato on the top of rice, than put chicken – don’t mix it put yellow food color on rice cook for 5-6 minutes at slow flame, serve hot.
